The location is awful! Most business are closed and alot of empty store fonts. The area is super sketchy with drug heads scattered around the entire hotel and entire downtown strip. Not safe to walk alone at all. Not a place you should bring kids! Buffet was not good. Not worth the price and few options. Parking garage elevator light was off an entire night, had to advise front staff. This was super scary and unsafe considering the neighborhood the hotel is located in. Hard to find parking below level 3 or 4 most days I was there. Many vehicles don't move for days which made it hard to find a space. Lobby needs alot of work. Only 2 tiny chairs and a tiny table. Super uncomfortable for meeting anyone there. Key cards stopped working almost daily and a major inconvenience to use them to be able to get to your floor. Will NEVER stay here again Too overpriced for what this place is. Parking was $17 a day. Very unsatisfied with my stay. Staff were not too friendly except 1 lady who assisted at check in, everyone else seems like they hate their job. No Apology when I had to adress my concerns with the front staff.

My main objective of this stay was enjoying a quiet room. It was my second time staying at the Radisson downtown in Winnipeg. Anastasia, front desk lady, offered me great value for a brand new room on the 28th floor - I would totally recommend staying there and upgrading. I answered "no" for the quiet objective as sometimes during the day, I could hear construction/drilling noise in other soon to be ready brand new rooms & unfortunately (this is not the fault of Radisson), there were drunk loud neighbors Thursday, Dec 12th night after a hockey game. A call to the security helped with that issue. All in all, good stay and amazing hospitality with unlimited bottles of water (Dasani brand) - free. Other than that, very calm/quiet stay.

This hotel has 25 floors and the elevators were very quick, the view from our room was great! This hotel is well-situated downtown so we could do our activities and come back for a rest and freshen up between activities. The breakfast served is good value for money. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. In addition, it is right next to the Canada Life Center and despite the proximity, there were events on both nights we stayed here and we were not disturbed by the crowd or the noise at all.

The property was clean and well managed. A business conference center and this leant itself to hospitality and professionalism. Couldn’t have been happier and was impressed for a last minute stopover to get to the airport to continual travel destination when our Via Rail train was evacuated in Melville due to a train wreck ahead of us. The bus ride was long and tiring. It was the perfect hotel close to the train station.

Nasdia was very helpful in helping me with a glitch in our reservation and went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. So much so, we booked another trip back there and another sister property in the US. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
